8th November Competition Results James Nguyen BRONZE in Green belts Low category Patterns James moved up to a higher category in Special Techniques and even though he could still comfortably perform a flying side kick the new height for a high kick was a bit out of reach for him. In Sparring James won his first round and lost the second round to Louis Griffiths, the eventual winner of the category.
